Help ID this boat model?

My parents are on holiday in New Zealand and spotted this boat a few times in Auckland harbour, they're rather intrigued by it. Any ideas what it is?

it's got to be a tender for a private yacht going by what looks like teak on the front/top of it.
it's not blessed in the looks department though, like a wally as envisioned through the eyes of a very drunk child.

I would hazard a guess that it belongs to the yacht 'A' which incidentally looks like it has moved into the harbour following a few months being re-painted.

Yes, it's one of 'A's tenders.
