HI just saw a beautiful plane go by in Cardington, could be a VC10 but the wings looked a bit too curved and modern but had the engines up on the back and very quiet.

Probably a biz jet - like a Gulfstream or a Bombardier of some sort.

VC-10s were all retired last year.
