Hawker Hunter over Tewkesbury?
Discussion
I'm sat here in Tewkesbury and for the second day in a row theres a small fighter aircraft larking about high above me. It certainly isnt anywhere near as loud as the Tornados or F15's we sometimes see here and it is making a strange noise that I thought could be the famous 'Blue Note'
When I've caught a glimpse, it certainly looks like it could be a Hunter. So, if it is, who's could it be and why is it flying about here, distracting me from my work?!

Probably from Kemble.

I think XMHD is one of the "Mid-air" aircraft. They have a Canberra and two Hunters painted all silver. I believe they have been painted all over silver so sponsors logos can be put on the aircraft at a later date if needed.
The Canberra repaint has divided the aviation community, it did have the final retirement "hemp" scheme with nice tail-art and squadron markings, and was in very good overall condition, but the new owners decided to paint it all over silver so company logos can be applied if sponsors come forward.
