I might have something you might be interested in...
In all seriousness - what would have been the purpose of this plate? Just one of many railway artefacts my late father picked up over the years that I now need to dispose of. It may just be a simple bridge plate but the S200 marking is unusual

I don't know what's gone wrong in my life that's led to me Googling random things for random people, but if you look here:
http://www.solentrailwayana.com/Images/June13/June... (PDF)
then item 193 is basically what you have, with S200, described as a culvert plate, whatever that means.
Then if you look here:
http://www.solentrailwayana.com/Images/June13/
you might find a picture (I did not) and also that it seems to have sold for a whopping £20.

Great work. Thank you - that's amazing that things like the name plate off a Schools Class would only go for 160 quid. I guess there's a lot more of this stuff lying around then you'd think. - Doh- edited to add it was repo.http://www.solentrailwayana.com/Images/June13/June... (PDF)

A lot of genuine railwayana goes for absolutely stupid money. For those who don't know, here's a random example I found online, and the prices here look like there weren't any serious bidders around that day

PS - I've got three single line tokens just like lot 53 as ornaments in the dining room. I told SWMBO they weren't just old rubbish and were worth keeping
