Surely the one responsible is the person driving the pushing back truck thingy (whatever the correct name for them is)

Strikes me that this one isn't Ryanairs fault but rather the ground crew from the airport responsible for guiding the aircraft around

..,and nothing to do with the taxiing aircraft moving at a high speed trying to save time getting to the gate.

Ryanair pilots. They all drive Audis...
