Videos of both onboard and from a member of public of a WhizzAir A320 flying very low over Budapest for an airshow.

Doubt this would be allowed over London. Quite impressive.

Love it, that looked fun. Aircraft didn't sound pleased though with all of the height warnings hehe

One bridge was completely clear so I presumed that it was done for the low pass but then I saw the other bridges full of traffic and people biggrin

I don't get it, if it was an F35 flying under the bridges at 500mph it'd be pretty special. This is just an everyday airliner flying a few hundred feet over the city.

Go to Hounslow or Bedfont and you'll see the same thing.

The planes to Heathrow don't get that low until they are crossing the long term car parks biggrin

True, don't get me wrong it looked great from the pilots eye view but pretty dull from outside - needed a barrel roll or Capt Sully water landing to liven up the display smile

When did they start putting those wingtips on a 320?

They're not wingtips, they're sharklets wink

(Our fleet started fitting them at the start of the year)

This was from last year. I was in budapest the week before and it was part of an event they had on the White bridge. I think it was promoting DTM at the Hungaroring. They had DC there and Daniel Ricciardo in the red bull f1 car, DTM cars and few other stuff including a redbull air race plane doing stunts.

Looked a good day according to posters. I obviously blamed the wife for booking the wrong weekend ;-)
