Food on Sailing boat

Looking to stock up here in Trinidad were food is cheap before going up the Islands
any suggestions on what to buy, and easy meals to cook on board

Do you have a freezer onboard? Get beef and freeze it. Chicken, pork and goat can be bought everywhere.

Trini is good for canned goods and jars of stuff. Buy as much Carib beer and sodas as you can fit on the boat, much cheaper. If there are smokers, buy fags too.
