Flight in a Spitfire - Biggin Hill - anybody done this?
Discussion
I was in Florida last week flying a Harvard at £340 for almost an hour, and on the same airfield they had a p51 which I believe is approx $3k per hour. In terms of value they might be worth considering?
Alternatively there are many places in the UK you could have an hour in a tiger moth for <1/3 of the spit cost.
Having said the above, I totally get that a spit experience would be without equal...

Tom Reilly's at Kissimmee Municipal? They used to rebuild B.17's there, not sure if they still are...Alternatively there are many places in the UK you could have an hour in a tiger moth for <1/3 of the spit cost.
