Very nice, I always thought for quite an understated design they always stood out head and shoulders above other power boats. In fact I think that Fairey was one of the first brands that I recognised growing up on the water.

When I think of a classic powerboat/cabin cruiser I always thought of this shape , from when I was young and they were the latest thing on the water , I must have seen them in films and on TV at the time but never knew who made them .
Always amazing to see any Huntsman on the water but fantastic to see at speed .
Thank you for sharing your love of these beautiful craft .

Possibly my favourite powerboat of all time, probably because my father started building an R/C model of one back in the 60s which still isn't finished! It now lives in by model room, awaiting a fresh coat of paint and the finishing touches doing.

I'd recently been googling images looking for inspiration as to what colour scheme to use on the model (I quite like the dark blue hulls, etc) and guess who comes up first in the images ....

Cracking action shot!
