F18 down at Lakenheath?

A few posts on Facebook indicating that an F18 has gone down at or near Lakenheath, hope that this is not the case.

just heard from someone locally that the pilot ejected, but the air ambulance is trying to locate him.
eta: he's now communicating with Lakenheath via Emergency Radio!

Indeed, about a dozen aircraft arrived at the weekend.
Sad to hear about the fatality, initial reports suggested he was on comms with the base.
