A pair of what I believe were Ospreys in the air heading broadly NE over Worcestershire yesterday teatime.
Does anyone know where they were from and where they were going ?

I was jolly impressed when they flew over Ledbury.
They make a very distinctive noise.

Pair flew over us in Cambs about 19.45, and sometimes see them on manoeuvres over towards Mildenhall. I think they're amazing things, and they utterly fascinate me. Never been close enough/not driving to hear them before, it is indeed a very distinctive noise.

There are some major exercises taking place over the UK at the moment.
The V22's are based here, and regularly seen over various parts of the UK.
