Why do they (the press and/or media) use the term "attempts will be made to refloat her" when referring to this type of news story?
Surely the thing will either float or not, on the next available high tide. It's not really something you "attempt" is it, it'll take care of itself won't it? I appreciate the height of the tide is not always the same but unless I'm missing some technical detail, how difficult can it be?
