Fairly short flight in the end - one circuit only. I wonder were they seeing some problems?

More likely just a quicky for first flight publicity purposes etc.

I'm sure an extensive test flight regime will follow in the coming days/weeks.

I only asked because someone said the plan was to fly for between 30 and 45 minutes. No harm in being cautious though.

In that case, then possibly yes, a few snags/issues that prompted them to curtail the flight and RTB.

What are old radials like if they have been run on the ground for a while then shut down and then restarted soon after? Any sort of heat soak?
