Martin Baker to be prosecuted by HSE
Discussion
Over the Incident involving the Red Arrows Hawk piloted by FLT LT Cunningham. Due to a flaw where the seat could be activated by downward pressure on the handle. This, somehow, was kept from the RAF. Sounds a bit odd as the MK10 Seat is in use in quite a variety of Aircraft and the RAF would have been using this model of seat for some while.
