mpg? of Bavaria 42

hi all ,would like to know what the mpg is of a Bavaria 42 fitted with a d2-55 engine and capacity of 230L.....I know its always litre per hour, but want to know how far one can get. Out of Lefkada around M<eganissi and down to Kefalonia on a tank maybe ? ......thanks

I'd say too many variables. OK if you're in the med you can forget tides, but wind/sea state/throttle setting/alternator load/prop type/cleanliness of the hull will all have a big impact.

You'll probably get at better response on ybw or the Bavaria forum tbh...

Depends on the engine fitted.

I can't comment on mpg, but familiar with the area in question.

The regular car ferry from Vassiliki to Fiskardo (The Captain Aristidis) takes about an hour at 15 kts. If you're sailing out of Lefkada town in the North of the island, then sailing around Meganisi, I suspect that's at least 3 hours at the same speed.
