And before anyone says, its not a Marshan Or Ring either.
Old winner maybe but the spray rails don't look right for that. The front end of the top deck is vaguely Tintorera but back from that is not right and certainly the bottom is not right either but possibly that means it goes back to the original smuggler mouldings.
The Tint though was a top hat deck to hull fitting where the two flanges come outwards and are rivetted together as opposed to the bisquit tin type of deck join.
Maybe an early Picton or Concorde but I don't think so.
Or of course it could one of a multitude of the cottage industry mouldings that never really got of the ground.
Take some more pics all round and I might be able to help further.

Chine is the angle between sides and hull bottom. You probably mean 'above the gunwhale'.Some vintage Suzuki on the back too!
Well there's nothing particularly distinguishing about those pics.
Certainly nothing common like Global or Welsh Powerboats that I can see so I think you are looking at a small builder. Likely inland as well with the shallow deadrise.
Looking at the dash I'm not actually sure the deck is off that hull to start with. And the crease line may well be an addition to a previously lower hull mould. Nothing wrong with that though, a lot of boats you see are cobbled together bits of other boats that just develop rather than being an original plug.
If there's no other markings readily visible on the boat have a look up under the front deck or the back of the dash. Sometimes there's builders marks there that will give up some info.
