I've helped get rid of derelicts before; 9" angle grinder and appropriate PPE to cut it up into small enough bits to either fit in a skip/fit in wheely bins/fit in your car to take to the council dump. A sabre saw would also be suitable. GRP is a bit of a enviro-disaster, fit only for landfill really.
Chainsaw to be honest will be the quickest way - just wear appropriate PPE....
