Just seen a Jaguar doing touch and goes at VLN, didn't know there were still any flying in these parts?

Anyone know where it may have come from?

Are you sure it was a Jaguar? The ETPS Apha Jet out of Boscombe Down is quite often seen around that area and looks a bit similar at a glance.

I was just looking at pictures of both, and I'm still not sure - the gear down stance was screaming jaguar at me...hopefully it'll come back when its less cloudy so I can get a better look

Yep, it's the landing gear that makes the Alpha Jet look like a Jag in my opinion, see them over my house a couple of times a month as I am on the approach to Boscombe.

Both aircraft were from the same design team at Dassault-Bregeut and actually evolved out of what had been a single requirement for the RAF and the French Air Force..
