2 cabs very very close formation over manchester

Just seen a crazy sight, 2 what look like squirrels flying within 10 feet of each other. Cars were stopping and people pointing. This was over a major populated area. They were max 400ft AGL and doing maybe 30-50kt. Never seen anything like it even at air shows and the like, the discs were literally within feet!! Not showing on ADSB or FR24!!!

Nothing showing on the military conflict software either.

Cars were literally stopping on Broad Street to watch, I have seen plenty of formation flying over the years but this was something else. I actually slammed on the brakes as at first glance it looked like they were going to collide. It may have been captured on my dash cam so will have a look.

Quite common for aircraft not to show on ADS-B.

No NOTAMs for the activity either.
