I was ambushed by a Merlin (probably) passing Duxford yesterday, no sign of the aircraft, must have been overhead and crossing the M11.

I think it was one of the Biggin Hill 2 seater Spits out yesterday doing a pleasure flight for some lucky bugger over Medway area yesterday. Great to see on Battle of Britain Day.
