Someone just sent me the well-known fake, but I recall seeing, probably here, an incident where the spar in a stuntplane snapped, resulting in one wing being cocked up at an angle. The pilot flew it back mostly inverted to stop it getting worse, and managed to land. Anyone have a link?

Funnily enough, one of my friends shared that on Facebook yesterday. If you type "one wing stunt plane landing" into YouTube you'll find it.

I'm not sure about video clips, but that classic was Neil Williams in the Zlin:

No luck, I get the fake one, or the F-15, or models.

Thanks G3G, that seems the one; didn't realise it was 1970 though, I'm sure I've seen video of it or something very similar.

As far as I'm aware there is no film footage of the Williams incident. There is a very good description of it by Williams himself in his book "Airborne".
