It would be nice to see it again. I saw it when it visited Farnborough in 1990.

Nothing for the An-225 on Fr24 anywhere, and it doesn't appear to have flown in the past 7 days...?

There is a An-124 on its way to Brize right now, not long taken off from Tibilisi...?

Two Swiss airforce F18’s into Brize this morning as compensation for the lack of Antonov. Should be leaving again soon.

There’s another on its way to Doncaster at the moment too. Would love to see the 225 in the flesh but can’t make it there :-(

There is only one AN225
Are you saying that there is an AN225 flight enroute to Doncaster? In which case Brize is NOT happening?

Nothing showing up on Fr24 for the An-225 at all, and nothing in past 7 days either, as per my earlier post, so I'd guess that it's NOT happening.

BUT....there IS a An-124 on its way to Brize right now (again as per my earlier post), so maybe someone just got their Antonov type's mixed up, or there is an issue with the 225 and the 124 is a replacement...?

Sorry I meant there was another ADB AN124 on the way to Doncaster as well as the one still on its way from TBS to BZZ, haven’t seen the one and only 225 yet.

Watched the flight from my office (just east of Brize) - landed 16:37. Graceful looking big bird.

Very impressive landing of the 124, got it sideways at the last second and left some very long tyre marks on the runway !
