This flew over earlier. Not seen anything like it before. It was quite small and had a single Prop at the front.

Excuse the grainy picture, I’ve had to zoom in and screenshot and then zoom in again!

Rutan VariEze or LongEZ. Usually seen going like stink!

If it really did have a prop on the front, it could have been a Rutan Defiant, which is push/pull like the Dornier 335.

A longEZ was at lee on Solent the other day as it flew over my parents when I was visiting.

There are very few Starships left flying these days as Beech tried to buy them all back rather than support them. In addition the two pusher engine nacelles shoud be visible.

The UK based Defiant, G-OTWO, seems to have been exported to the USA a few years back, so probability suggests its a VariEze/LongEZ or one of the lookalikes, such as the Gyroflug Speed Canard/Cozy MkIV/Berkut 360/Velocity SE or XL
