Can any one recall the name of the comapny where you stay over with them in span for a few months and its a crash course in learning to fly a 737/A320 aircraft?

Ha! I was trying to think of a funny retort linking crash with flight training.

OP I don’t know but there is a very well regarded one in Poland, my nephew is there right now.

Probably. Jerez is well known. However, from your request I'd assume that you don't yet have a CPL / IR and are looking for training from zero as opposed to just a type rating?

I did my PPL in Jerez (at Fly in Spain) just before christmas and (as louiebaby says) FTE are the big 'commercial' training school there. They had a big fleet which was very active. For what it's worth they appeared pretty efficient and busy. Lots of Piper SEP's and from memory I think Diamond twins.
