I mean... how? Seems there was some serious miscommunication and they were lucky to avoid a further collision with a 3rd vessel. Someone's going to be sent for retraining!

The official statement said one had docked and the other was docking.

It didn't look like that to me, from the close up footage.

I'm not convinced the forward ship didn't have its stern thruster going to starboard.
