Apologies if this is reported elsewhere - Canal and River Trust have suspended the need for a current BSS certificate for re-licensing purposes for the time being.

Though seeing as we're not allowed to visit or use our boats now, it's rather pointless!

I'm on EA waters; they've stopped navigation but seem happy to keep the money we paid to navigate their rivers...
