Had ride in a privately owned littlebird flown by a 1st Air Cav pilot years ago. Could help but hum ride of the valkyries.

Must digbout my copy of chicken hawk and re-read.

ETA...that was great... Wonder if the crew got medals for that?

Thanks for the link, this was my experience of the Huey, got to ride in the gun seat (doors closed unfortunately)
