Battle of Britain reimagined
Discussion
I wasn't sure whether to post this in the scale model forum, the aircraft forum or the TV and film forum.
So, I decided to post it here as it is more about the story rather than the technique used to tell it.
I thought it was very well done. If the mods think it is best suited to a different forum, feel free to move it -

That's brilliant!
I think the Me110s are the 10 year old Airfix kit, and the Airfix refuelling set (Bedford QL and AEC) is in there too- the Bedford is in post-war colours
the 6 wheel german staff car I think is the ICM one as the grille is different to the Revell one (probably to get around licensing issues with Mercedes)

A group of players from a video game (WarThunder) did something similar - they had a few battles of similar to the Battle of Britain film and spliced together some clips from their games with some formation flying to create a little movie -

If you see a bunch of numbers in the top left that's live footage (and sound) from when they were playing, the action starts at about 11 minutes in.
Obviously they only had the vehicles in game available so I'm sure they're not 100% accurate and the markings can be customised so they're not going to be historically accurate either.
