Was there an F-35 circling over North Plymouth just now? About 2000ft. Used to see Tornadoes and Jags years ago on exercises over Dartmoor so it’s unusual to see a fast jet around here.

Pretty distinctive shape, it’s definitely not a Typhoon and it’s still here making a right racket.

That's the absurdity of letting the RAF control the RN's jets, and thus end up basing them in the RAF's backyard rather than the Navy's back yard.
