Shame about the loss of a 747, what a super strong fuselage, over engineered and then double that too, impressive.

Goes to show how scary fatigue can be and the consequences.

8 seconds before hitting the brakes? Really? A quick look at the nav display for the wind before landing, no??

Some fundamental losses of airmanship right there.

Hope the crew are treated fairly.

Fascinating list of causes, sounds like the ultimate cause (imho) was pushing the crew into fatigue.
