A few years back I was at LHR in March parked in T 2&3 long stay, the weather was horrible, really really gusty windy.
Stood waiting for the bus you can see all the planes coming into land on 27R, a 777 (EVA AIR IIRC) came in with more rudder than I have ever seen, like he was side stepping it in, I was thinking hmm not sure he is going to make this, and sure enough at about 15 feet yup thats go around thrust, off he goes again, massive steep bank off over West Drayton.
Next in is another 777... little bounce and off he goes, must have watched 3 or 4 go rounds when waiting for that bus.
Then had a 4 hour delay, lol.
