Boat runs aground on River Yare near Cantley. Someone probably not him I guess reports it, bloke is abusive towards his would be rescuers. Police called.

Chap makes off in boat, police chase ensues, attacks police with fire extinguisher, two officers injured. Angry man gets several gazillion volts of Tazer for his troubles.

Arrested, charged, up before the beaks.
