Planning Steam Settle Carlisle 3 or 4 day break -ideas

Put this in here rather than holidays as highlight to be steam train journey so hopefully plenty of knowledge
Trying to plan above and thoughts were to start at one end do train journey must be steam to other spend a day or 2 day at other end walking sightseeing etc end then return on normal service back to start point.
All I've been able to find so far is Northernbelle who run steam tours but its always there and back in same day.
Is it possible to do one way journey only on pre booked steam train?
