What plane is this, likely year of manufacture, and what is being done here?

I assume Ryanair and Boeing 737. As for what they’re doing, being a Boeing, they’re probably addressing all the things on the snag list!

Its a Ryanair A320.

Its a 737.
You can easily tell by the shape of the cockpit windows compared to a A320.

Tineye says the oldest use of that image appears to be from 2013. The aircraft looks like a 737 NG and as it's in Ryanair colours it's most likely a 737-800. The first 737-800 was delivered in 1998 and the last in 2020. The seats appear to have been removed and are sitting to the right, suggesting deep maintenance, perhaps a C check.
