Unsure if you can do this, or you need a paid subscription to flight radar etc but can you find out how many miles a plane does a week? My wife is a stewardess and flying on T-TUMG today and I was sat here trying to work out how many miles the plane does a week.

I ran an example for that jet (assuming g-tumg) on the 4th April. It done 12:51 hours of flight that day.

While I’ve got the calculator up:

737m8 burns about 2.2 tonnes of gas per hour. Using rough numbers it burns about 28 tonnes per day.

If they fill 180 seats that equates to under 15kg of fuel per seat per hour.

You d get a rough idea if you went to www.gcmap.com and put in each of the legs. Then tot them up.

I can tell you the monthly totals if that helps along with the history of that aircraft

Is there always that much fighting on TUI?

Well spotted, slip of the finger.

Perhaps on certain routes, you never know.
