Currently on the DFDS Kiel --> Klaipėda ferry (appears severely understaffed - I bet they've had management consultants in) . . . anyway, anybody any thoughts on what these numerous concrete (?) structures are, at least twenty miles off the coast of Poland?

There are quite a few others, but I am using maximum zoom!

Having worked offshore for a lot of years, yes, they could well be the base of wind turbines, particularly if they look like they are in rows. There are many, many 100's in the North Sea.

I guess there's too many to be old WW2 forts like Sealand?

They look like the top of wind turbine bases.
You can just see the platform bit that sticks out.
