Avanti delay compensation not showing up

Hi, not sure if this is the right forum but here goes,

Had a few claims for trains delayed, etc with Avanti west coast between MK and London.
Filled in the website form for each one
All claims accepted
Got an email to confirm they would pay each claim into my account via BACS

It’s been a month, no money has shown up

Can’t find anyone at Avanti to speak to, website is rubbish,
Any ideas of how I find out where the BACS transfers have gone?

Something has definitely gone wrong as the money usually comes in within a day or two of the decision being made

I would agree with this. There is some serious knowledge on that forum for sorting out problems such as Avanti.

I use Avanti to get to London every other week, and I have an absolutely massive delay reply history with with, and to be fair, they usually pay put within a few days of each claim.

I would obviously rather get to my destination on time though.
