Hello, yes. Mainly for exercise though these days rather than learning white water stuff as I was doing until 3 years ago.

sadly not much at all for the last 4 years. i used to teach scouts a lot. Im just starting to paddle again with a group from work when i wasnt teaching it was mainly light white water stuff or just mucking around on the river

Yep, I enjoy paddling around on the lakes & ocean here. Apart from the 5 months per year when they're frozen solid
