In the attic today looking for something when I came across my old scanner which I thought was lent to someone years ago but could'nt remember who. It's a signal R-532 which I purchased in June 1995 (receipt in box, plugged it in and it still works.

I used to have a frequencies book but can not lay my hands on it so is there any web sites I can go to for frequencies.

There is this, which is fairly comprehensive, but a little difficult to read.

I just did a search for FIRE for the emergency channels, some are only on air at certain times but the main FDNY one is full time, was listening to a report of a man in the Hudson earlier, think they pulled him out dead at the end of it.

The ATC is just called liveATC
