In fairness to our Turkmenistani dictator/mogul/druglord, it's one of the few planes that looked like they were designed to enable work whilst on the move, not just getting drunk, fed & bedded!

Turkmenistan is gas/oil country, surpsingly perhaps is its reserves are 4th largest in the world. That's no doubt what paid for the jet
