Hi,
I only caught a glimpse from the car, but does anyone know what it may gave been.
I though perhaps they had got a Vulcan off the ground, or Concord.
It was smoking well with all 4 engines producing plumes and flying fairly low over Newport Pagnell area.
Any ideas,
Z

I guess if you're 'into' aircraft then you'd know, but otherwise it's not *that* widely known or relevant to the real world the a Vulcan is flying again? dr_gn said:

I had a look at the website below and assumed because there appeared to be a current page still trying to raise money to get to stage 1, it had not achieved flight.
I didn't spend too long looking into it.
I am not what you would call an aircraft fan, and a couple of other chaps at work didn't seem to know, so I asked here.
Kind regards,

No Concordes have flown since 2003 and none will ever again. However, this topic has been debated to death on PH so I don't really want to engage in it (yet again).
I'll gladly donate £1 to Dr Grns's "model fund" if I'm proved to be wrong.
