Am based in Torquay and would like to do this course.

There seem to be several places near (Paignton, Brixham, Salcombe, Plymouth etc) that do the course any recommendations ?

I've happily used ICC in Salcombe for a few courses in the past, however not for powerboat type stuff. If it is the same standard as their RTA sailing tuition then it should be good.

I'm based in Teignmouth and did mine 3 weeks ago with Plymouth Powerboat School at Queen Anne's Battery in Plymouth. Good set up, with a well equipped boat. I would recommend them.

ICC's pretty good, it's where I learn't to sail and I've good things about their powerboat stuff too. Not a bad spot to launch off either...
