Hi Folks,
Any other amatuer stargazers out there in the world of Pistonheads?

I do enjoy it but if I'm honest have a lot to learn, but I'm keen to.
I bought a resonable 'scope a few months back but only now the nights are drawning in am I really getting the oppartunity to get out there and use it.
Apparantly there is a comet in Cassiopeia, Hartley 2, that worth a look, so I will be off out having a peek at that later.
Anyone else?

P.S. sorry if this is in the wrong area, but the search is down at the minute, so didn't know where to look.

There's a long running thread in boats, planes and trains on the subject.
Very interesting thread as well, it has got me interested in astronomy.

I'm currently quite excited by the prospect of a vegatable allotment. Astronomy is on the back burner at the mo....

Good luck with growing your own veg. Here's hoping you have better luck than my old man, as someone keeps stealing all his.
