Some Harrier pics from Wittering
Discussion
Believe I'm allowed to release these as there are no interior shots -
I was at RAF Wittering a few months ago supporting the new test beds they've had installed. I was on the station when the defence cuts were made and the station was informed. Normally we aren't allowed to take pictures of anything (even our training engines) but I spoke to one of the guys in the hangar and was told as long as I didn't take shots of the cockpit I could take these. Guess it fits seeing as the jets are going bye bye.

I have some more but they're either blurry or non-release.
Very sad, I think. I started my aerospace career working partly on the Pegasus, something special I think. I now work with the F135 project but the Peggy is different. I'll miss it.
