Christ there's some money to be made in this game! I guess it's the sort of "snatch back" that could turn ugly pretty quickly!

Worth a watch for the aircraft alone ;-)

I enjoyed it too, they just about kept the false jeopardy to a bareable level.

I googled the chap's name (Nick Popovich) and there's a couple of online articles about the hairy situations he's got into (mostly abroad).

I suspect there's no actual danger in the repossessions they'll cover for Discovery as the maintenance/storage firms will actually get paid so probably are glad to see the repo-men appear.

So he gets the planes back for the owner, sometimes does them up, sometimes sells them on, and he makes money how? Does the owner pay him a fee for 'rescuing' and a percentage for the sale?

2 x Bentleys, a big house, private jet to travel in...... I'm in the wrong job!

Plus I suspect he'll get to charge a decent price for any repairs/servicing his firm do on the repo-ed planes.
