Something using up left over Easter eggs?!
Discussion
I have about half a dozen Easter eggs left over and want to turn them into some kind of pudding for a BBQ at the weekend. Just the normal milk chocolate type stuff, Cadburys, Thorntons etc.
Just to complicate things guests include 2 toddlers, one pregnant woman and someone with a nut allergy so ideally it should be suitable for all. Any suggestions?!

A Delia Smith recipe for mascarpone/ricotta ice cream.
The egg yolk used to emulsify this is cooked so ok for preggies.
here
Substitute the nutmeg in the recipe for vanilla seeds (scraped out of a pod soaked in hot water) and break the chocolate pieces into the end result, McFlurry style.
