F1 sausages!

Popped in to Waitrose with SWMBO on Friday on the way back home and picked up some rather nice Buffalo & Smoked Bacon sausages. Lovely stuff - very meaty, not too fatty, excellent rich flavour that went very well with some onion gravy and mashed potato. Recommended.



According to the packaging they were produced by a Mr. Scheckter who once drove some cars quite fast, apparently.

Definitely a candidate for official sausage of PH, IMNSHO.

He owns Laverstoke house down in Hampshire, it's the UK's biggest herd of buffalo. Very tasty.
