Off to Oulton Park for M3 experience next Sunday cloud9
Planning to go via Oxford (Bicester really for the OH) and then move on the day before - Would like to eat in a really good restaurant enroute (and possible stay overnight there)
Raymond Blanc is fullfrown
Any helpfull suggestions form the ph fold????

Have to be there at around Lunchtime so halway up would be good - but don't fancy staying in the middle of Birmingham...

If you could get a bit further north, to Cheshire, you've got the Bells of Peover in errr.... Peover and La Belle Epoque in Knutsford. Neither have rooms afaik though.

Belle epoque sounded great but is full not so sure about the peeover hehe

Pronounced "Peever" to those in the know wink It's where Patton met Eisenhower when Patton was based in Knutsford. Excellent food now - highly recommended by yours truly.
