Inspiration time people. Got 8 of my friends coming round this friday for a poker night. I have said i'll do the food in exchange for beer. Any ideas other than the usual chilli and nachos?

Wings, lots and lots of chili chicken wings. Burritos are always popular beer food.

Hot dogs.

But 48 soft hotdog rolls, 48 big size Hertas and all the sauces.

The 'franks just boil up in a big pan and then stay warm, and people help themselves when they want.

wings and stuff are a pain in the arse as you get sticky hands all over the chips, cards and cash. eww.

what about chicken / prawn satays, kofte kebabs etc - basically "food on sticks"?
