PH's own Tony should be opening his new restaurant this week.
Good luck in your venture, from what I've seen of your cooking you deserve to do well!
Keep us updated.

Thanks all, looks like completion early next week now bounce

Matt, yep, that's the one. Strees has got one of his gang on it. All taking a bit longer than anticipated, grade II* listed building etc etc

Not going to jinks it by naming it but if you look in Tripadvisor, Totnes, it's no.1 for the second year running. Head chef is ex-Masterchef the Professionals and the new sous chef is pretty good.

Starting to structure some new menus for the summer. Focus is on quality local produce, high end finish and presentation in a very informal atmosphere with affordable, interesting wines. (see next post!)

All the best Tony!

My midwifery trained wife has just commented on what an unfortunate name for a restaurant that is though......

I'm sure this will be a success Tony! We are travelling to St Columb Major in September and may well make a trip over if you'll have us!

What's with all the cloak and daggers? What's it called?

And before anyone says anything, yes I know it's advertising your P&J on here is frowned upon, but surely this is a bit different?

Well done Tony.

My uncles cottage is near completion in Crantock, would love to come and sample the menu on the way down when I final get down there.

It's no big secret just haven't signed on the dotted line yet so don't want to jump the gun. Should all be sorted out by next week with a bit of luck clap
